Presales Consultant – MS Dynamics CRM (3-10 Years)

Roles & Responsibility:
- Customize and Deliver technical Demo’s on Dynamics 365 and associated products to customers.
- Understand the customer needs around MS Dynamics CRM and propose solutions based on MS CRM OOB Features, 3rd party tools and customization’s
- Creating presentations, proposals, estimations, contracts, driving POCs for Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.
- Drive creation of marketing content such as White papers/Blogs/Campaign Messages/Webinars etc. This could be done individually or taking help from SMEs or Technical team, depending on the subject area.
- Validate the solution approach, estimations and ensure alignment with business objectives of the prospects.
- Traveling as required to US, Europe or any other market for client meetings
Experience and Skills
- Sales/Functional/Pre-sales/BA experience of 5-10 years.
- Good understanding of Dynamics CRM’s functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Ability to talk and understand technology while being able to articulate business objectives and/or challenges of the prospects.
- Ability to coordinate with delivery teams, marketing team and inside sales team.
- Experience in working with ISVs/System Integrators and End Businesses.
- Excellent communication skills with Clarity in thought Process.
