The numerous processes involved in hiring the right talent need to be assisted by latest technology for increased productivity. The human resource risk management firm, therefore, wanted to migrate from MS CRM 2011 to the advanced Dynamics 365.
The client had many assessment and development programs for talent acquisition and retention. In order to coordinate those, a comprehensive CRM system which has capabilities for collaborative recruiting, onboarding checklists, people analytics etc. was required. The existing CRM V2011 had integrations with Adxstudio portals for better web engagement experience which empowers the customer to self-serve and diligently manage information stored in your Dynamics CRM based system. To avoid complexity due to compatibility issues, the client wanted Nalashaa to remove the components associated with Adx portals before migrating to the advanced Dynamics 365.
