The client is an enterprise organization with multiple departments responsible for revenue, compliance, human resources, and operational performance.

Each function tracked its own targets and results, but the reporting process had developed independently across teams. KPI information was maintained in separate Excel files, with different formats, definitions, owners, and update schedules.
