The Challenge
The client was looking to modernize their solution by redeveloping all features with a new pipeline for installer generation. The older versions were developed using an outdated technology, limiting quick customization and bug fixes. The client wanted to develop the solution using newer technologies to enable compatibility with the customer’s infrastructure. The latest versions will be efficient and cost-effective bringing down the overall efforts pooled into maintaining them.
The Solution
Nalashaa’ s solutioning team patiently observed the solution’s capabilities and the corresponding business processes. The team identified C# .net technology to redevelop the product with better coding standards and design pattern implementation. Windows Forms were used to enable customers to generate the required reports. Nalashaa also identified an opportunity to develop installer pipeline to generate Installer when a new installation is required. The client happily accepted the enhancement idea and, the installer pipelines were developed. To increase user adaptation, enhancements were made to reporting templates.
