Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

- Handle every complaint with confidentiality, fairness, and urgency.
This policy applies to all employees, including full-time, part-time, contract staff, interns, consultants, vendors, and third-party associates. It covers office premises, virtual workplaces, events, business trips, and any location connected to work.
What is Sexual Harassment?
Sexual harassment refers to unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature, whether verbal, non-verbal, physical, or written. This includes but is not limited to:
- Unwelcome advances, requests for sexual favors, or sexually colored remarks.
- Jokes, comments, messages, or gestures of a sexual nature.
- Inappropriate physical contact or staring.
- Showing or sharing sexually explicit content.
- Sexual assault or any form of coercion.
- Harassment by third parties, clients, or vendors in connection with work.
Such behavior is unacceptable in any work-related setting, including client meetings, business travel, team outings, or online platforms.
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
To ensure a safe workplace, Nalashaa Solutions has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per POSH guidelines. The ICC is responsible for receiving complaints, conducting fair and confidential inquiries, and recommending appropriate action.

The ICC meets regularly and ensures all concerns are addressed sensitively and promptly.
How to Report an Incident
- Contact any ICC member via email or in writing.
- Your complaint will be handled with strict confidentiality.
- The ICC will acknowledge and initiate an inquiry as per legal timelines.
- Interim measures may be provided to ensure your safety.
- Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if the complaint is substantiated.
👉 No retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Third-Party Harassment
If the incident involves clients, vendors, or any external parties, Nalashaa’s ICC will assist the complainant and take necessary steps to ensure safety and proper redressal.
Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation
- All complaints are handled discreetly and respectfully.
- Information is shared only with those directly involved in the investigation.
- Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action.
- False or malicious complaints may also lead to action.
